  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday–Friday) for order fulfillment. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

  • Tracking: Once your shipping label is created, we will send you a tracking number via email. If you do not receive the tracking number within one week, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive if you experience any delays.

PACKAGING

  • Safe Packaging: All original art will be carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Protective materials such as bubble wrap, corner protectors, and sturdy boxes will be used.

  • Certificate of Authenticity: Each original artwork will include a certificate of authenticity. If you prefer, we can email a PDF version instead.

  • Insurance: All packages are insured during transit to cover potential damage or loss.

RETURNS

We value your support and are committed to providing a great experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

  • Return Eligibility: You may return your item within 15 days from receiving it, provided it is undamaged and in its original packaging. The artwork must also be in its original, resellable condition (no signs of use or damage).

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount.

  • Return Process: Please contact us before returning an item to initiate the return process. We will provide you with return instructions and an RMA number (if applicable).

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We require detailed photos of the damaged item and its original packaging to file a claim with the carrier. In such cases, return shipping will be covered, and we will work with you to either replace or repair the item, depending on the damage.

  • International Returns: For international customers, return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense, and we recommend contacting us for specific return instructions before proceeding with a return.

  • Restocking Fees: (Optional, if applicable) A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returns that are not in original condition or packaging.
